Education and Experience

Rodney has a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State College in Political Science, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, and a Master's Degree in Political Science from Catholic University in Washington D.C.   

Rodney currently works for the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation as the Assistant Regional Manager.   

Rodney has worked for the MA Department of Environmental Protection; for the United States Environmental Protection Agency; as an administrator for the Town of Groton, as a Planner for the City of Lowell, and as a MA State Senate Legislative Aide.  He currently sits on the Lowell Housing Authority donating his time as an unpaid Commissioner working on housing issues for our elderly and those in need. 

In high school and college, Rodney worked at his parent’s convenience store, Ray’s State Line in Pelham NH.
